ABOUT ME
Alberto Branca is a fashion and portrait photographer based in Spain and working globally. His aesthetic is deeply shaped by his Sicilian heritage, not as a backdrop, but as a visual archive of Baroque intensity and classical art.
He approaches the human body with a sculptural eye, exploring shapes and sensuality with a distinct cinematic edge. Whether mastering a controlled studio environment where he shapes light to define form and texture or harnessing the unpredictability of natural light, his vision remains consistent. Recently, he has further expanded this language by integrating analog photography, achieving a "perfect imperfection" that bridges digital precision and the raw soul of film.
Alberto views each project as a synergy between his technical expertise and the creative energy of stylists, makeup artists, and models. He has built a portfolio of bold storytelling for global titles such as L'Officiel, Elle, Grazia, and Harper’s Bazaar. From high-end editorials to intimate portraits, his gaze remains focused on stripping away the superfluous to reveal a sophisticated, contemporary truth.
